Added a web exporter

HI everyone.

I just added a new program that can read a projet and export it into a folder of html files. This allow you to play your games in your browser but also to add some css to  decorate each pages so this is less grayish than the console version.

To use it you juste have to download the zip, unzip it and add the jar file into your game folder plus the html  and css files  in the data folder. You can aloso all the zip file to get an exemple of a really short working example.

I also added a screshot for you to see how it can look.
